About Michiel Boeren

Michiel Boeren is a partner at Tiberghien Luxembourg and focuses on corporate tax, in both a Luxembourg and international context. He has over 20 years’ experience in advising international corporate clients, financial institutions, private equity firms and high net worth individuals/families, including on direct and indirect taxation, international tax (treaty) planning and structuring cross-border transactions through Luxembourg. Michiel has experience in supervising tax audits, advising on tax planning projects, performing tax due diligence examinations and discussing Advance Tax Agreements and Advance Pricing Agreements with the Luxembourg tax authorities. He is a member of the International Fiscal Association, the International Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
