About Robin Minjauw

Robin Minjauw joined Tiberghien in 2007 and became partner in 2018. His practice focuses on corporate taxation, international taxation, M&A, private equity and real estate projects. He is a trusted advisor to several Belgian multinationals, providing strategic tax guidance across their international operations. He also regularly represents clients in high-stakes international transactions and advises on the tax implications of cross-border restructurings and investments. Robin is a regular speaker at seminars in Belgium and abroad. He is the author of various tax publications. He is a member of International Fiscal Association (IFA), the International Tax Forum and other networks, reflecting his active involvement in international tax developments and best practices.
