About Kevin Michael Altit

Kevin Michael Altit is a partner at Mattos Filho and advises major corporations on compliance, corporate governance, and strategic matters. He has worked on a wide range of transactions and advised senior management in shareholder disputes and crisis management, take-over defence, corporate governance, securities law, shareholder activism, and white-collar criminal investigations and defences. Kevin has served on the board of directors of several listed companies, both in Brazil and abroad. Before joining the firm, he acted as general counsel to several listed companies in Brazil and worked as an international associate in the Houston office of Thompson & Knight LLP.
