About Thiago Jabor Pinheiro

Thiago Jabor Pinheiro is a partner at Mattos Filho and advises clients on a wide range of corporate ethics and administrative law matters. His expertise includes co-ordinating internal investigations and advising boards in response to allegations of wrongdoing related to corruption, bid rigging, fraud, money laundering, and ESG violations. Thiago represents clients in government investigations, enforcement proceedings, and settlement negotiations. Before joining the firm, Thiago worked as an international associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP in New York and received an LLM from Harvard Law School. He is an officer of the Anti-Corruption Committee of the International Bar Association.
