She provides audit, appeals and litigation dispute resolution services involving the Canada Revenue Agency and the BC Ministry of Finance. Allison has extensive experience in dealing with international and domestic tax issues, including GAAR, transfer pricing and resource taxation. Prior to joining EY Law, Allison held various audit and policy roles at the BC Ministry of Finance, and clerked with the Tax Court of Canada. She is a frequent author and speaker for EY’s Case Commentary and Tax Knowledge Forum series and the Canadian Tax Foundation.
