His practice areas include public offerings (including takeover bids), capital market operations and regulation, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and financial regulation, as well as litigation in all areas of financial, corporate, commercial and contract law. Mr Dieux is also frequently appointed as arbitrator with respect to international or domestic proceedings. Admitted to the Brussels Bar, he practises in French and in English. He currently teaches company law and financial law at the Université Libre de Bruxelles. He is a former member of the Banking and Financial Commission and a member of the Royal Academy of Belgium.
