About Moin Ladha

Moin Ladha is a partner in the Mumbai office of Khaitan & Co. He has over 17 years’ experience in public M&A and securities, and leads the firm’s regulatory practice. In addition to advising on financial and strategic investments in public listed space, Moin provides strategic advice in relation to regulatory issues concerning exchange control, structuring regarding cross-border transactions and investments. Moin is a member of drafting committees, works closely with the SEBI and the RBI, and also has significant expertise in advising individuals and family offices on overseas investments.
