About Monika Srivastava

Monika Srivastava is a partner in the corporate/M&A practice at Khaitan & Co, and is based in New Delhi. Her practice covers M&A, strategic investments, joint ventures, VC and CVC investments, and corporate advisory. Monika does extensive work in the tech space and represents several leading international tech companies on their acquisitions and investments in India. She also leads the firm’s education sector practice, and represents prominent education and edtech companies, financial sponsors, universities and K-12 groups on investments, acquisitions, strategic alliances, restructuring and regulatory matters. Monika is a dual-qualified lawyer with over 17 years of experience. She is an independent director on the boards of two leading companies, and regularly publishes articles on M&A and sectoral issues in leading Indian and international publications.
