About Shivangi Mishra

Shivangi Mishra is an associate in the Corporate and Commercial practice in the Delhi NCR office. Shivangi’s practice areas include M&A, private equity and venture capital investments, and general corporate advisory. Shivangi has a keen interest in technology law and policy. She has previously assisted the Government of India in policy aspects through the Emerging Technologies Initiative and was a ThinkSwiss Research Fellow at the Centre for Information, Technology, Society and Law at the University of Zurich. Shivangi is a member of the Bar Council of Delhi.
