Prateek has advised developers/promoters, investors, concession authorities and EPC and O&M contractors on infrastructure projects in power, oil and gas, ports, aviation, and the railways and road sectors. He has acted for investors and acquirers in the acquisition of power, ports, oil and gas, and other infrastructure projects. Prateek has also advised on numerous transactions involving the financing of various infrastructure projects for borrowers as well as lenders.
