Pulkit Chaturvedi is a principal associate in the Corporate and Commercial practice in the Delhi NCR office. Pulkit has extensive experience in, and has advised clients on, a range of transactions involving private equity and venture capital, M&A, joint ventures and general corporate advisory. His focus areas include emerging technology companies and space tech law. In the space tech sector, he has advised various venture capital funds and companies, and has helped close early-stage funding rounds for companies such as Manastu Space and Digantara Technologies. Pulkit is a member of the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa.
