Roshnek leads the firm’s fine arts practice, and regularly advises collectors, auction houses, dealers, museums, corporates and institutions. Her work goes beyond disputes, and includes the sale and purchase of arts and antiquities under the standard terms of business of major market players for exports/imports, stolen art and related issues.
