About Vinay Joy

Vinay Joy is a partner at Khaitan & Co in the Employment, Labour and Benefits and Ethics and Investigations practice groups. He specialises in all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, including those arising as a consequence of business transfers and integration of acquired businesses. With over 20 years of experience, Vinay regularly assists clients in drafting all kinds of employee documentation, as well as advising on compensation structuring along with various regulatory requirements involved in the hiring of employees. Vinay is practice co-ordinator of the firm’s Incentives and Benefits sub-practice, and advises domestic as well as multinational clients on a variety of matters.
