Gert-Wim van de Meent
is a member of the competition and regulatory practice group and currently heads the firm's Benelux food and beverages team. He specialises in EU law (regulated markets), competition law, corporate investigations, procurement law and healthcare law. He previously led the firm's healthcare team and has a focus on regulated sectors such as food, healthcare and pharma. From 2016 until 2019, he was a member of the executive board of Loyens & Loeff. He is also a professor of European and national procurement law at the University of Amsterdam.
