Filip Saelens is a partner of Loyens & Loeff CVBA and co-heads the employment and benefits practice group in Belgium. With over 30 years’ experience, he is a recognised specialist in collective and individual employment law. He focuses on company restructuring, executive compensation and employment-related aspects of corporate transactions. Filip is a member of the firm-wide healthcare and life sciences team, as well as the French and German region teams, through which he supports the business development efforts of Loyens & Loeff by providing expert advice and sector insights.
