Konstantina Antoniou is an attorney at law and a member of the Investment Management practice group in Loyens & Loeff Amsterdam office. Konstantina focusses on closed-end private equity and venture capital fund formation mandates. Konstantina is also an experienced advisor in investment management M&A mandates, involving, amongst others, the establishment of continuation vehicles, mergers of investment managers and GP-staking transactions. Konstantina was seconded to the firm's New York office in 2024.
