About Jan de Heer

Jan de Heer is a counsel at Loyens & Loeff and part of the firm’s project development and energy teams. He advises and litigates on behalf of a broad range of clients, including real estate investors, developers and (multinational) industrial companies, with a specific focus on the energy transition. Jan completed post-graduate specialisation courses on environment and planning law (cum laude) and an energy law specialisation course. He regularly lectures at Leiden University, the Law Firm School and Instituut voor Bouwrecht.
