With over 20 years of experience in energy M&A, he is recognised as a leading expert in transactional work across the sector. He advises on national and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, projects and corporate matters, fully focused on energy and infrastructure. His clients include strategic investors, infrastructure funds and private equity firms.
