Jim Margry has significant experience in assisting clients with the employment law aspects of mergers, takeovers, acquisitions, co-determination procedures and post-acquisition restructuring issues. He often advises clients on setting up management participation structures, LTIPs and other forms of employee participation structures. Jim also frequently advises on the dismissal of executive-level management.
