About Louis Lutz

Louis Lutz is a tax partner with Loyens & Loeff in the Transactional Tax practice group. He is a member of the private equity team. He specialises in Dutch domestic and international tax law with a focus on (cross-border) M&A, private equity and debt/equity capital markets transactions as well as restructurings. He has experience in private equity and real estate fund formation and structured finance. He advises on the tax aspects of such transactions, including structuring and drafting and negotiating tax related provisions in the transaction documents. He is a member of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers (NOB).
