is a partner at the firm and specialises in EU and Dutch competition law. He has broad experience in multi-jurisdictional merger control filings and advises on the application of competition rules. He specialises in litigation in this area, for instance in cartel (damages) proceedings, and he also specialises in EU digital competition law. Marc holds a PhD in EU competition law and healthcare law, and is a member of the firm's competition litigation team, digital competition team and healthcare team, where he focuses on regulated sectors such as tech, healthcare and pharma. He also lectures and publishes frequently.
