About Margriet Lukkien

Margriet Lukkien is a tax partner with Loyens & Loeff and chair of the International Tax Services America practice group. She is a core member of the US team. She advises US and other multinationals, financial institutions and sovereign wealth funds on Dutch corporate tax and dividend tax aspects, international tax aspects and international (re)structurings, where the OECD and EU tax developments typically play a key role as well. She is a board member of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers (NOB), including chair of the core group on legal certainty and legal protection, member of the Tax Policy Group and member of the International Tax Affairs Section. She is an active member of the International Bar Association.
