Nanne Kusters is a senior associate at Loyens & Loeff and part of the firm’s real estate, energy and regulatory enforcement teams. His practice focuses on advising and litigating on a broad range of environmental law, subsidy, and product regulatory matters for (multinational) companies and international investors. Nanne has broad experience with European environmental regulations and directives. He has completed a post-graduate specialisation course on environment and planning law (cum laude) and is a regular speaker on environmental law topics.
