About Philippe Hezer

Philippe Hezer is a senior associate and a member of the litigation and risk management practice group at Loyens & Loeff. He specialises in class action defence and corporate law, including corporate litigation, corporate governance and securities law. Philippe is a PhD candidate at the Erasmus University Rotterdam, and regularly publishes academic contributions on both corporate law and corporate governance. He is a member of the editorial board of the Dutch academic journal Corporate Law Monthly Review (Maandblad voor Ondernemingsrecht) and a member of the Association for Corporate Litigation in the Netherlands.
