About Robert Veenhoven

Robert Veenhoven is an Amsterdam-based tax partner in the investment management practice group at Loyens & Loeff. He advises fund managers active in the fields of, among others, private equity, venture capital, renewable energy and infrastructure on the (international) tax aspects of fund formation, management participation and deal structuring. Robert publishes and speaks on a variety of topics, including tax aspects of investment funds and financing transactions. In 2021, Robert was the co-author of a handbook on Dutch legal aspects of investment institutions. Previously, he was seconded to the London office to work on a variety of international transactions.
