About Robert Veenhoven

Robert Veenhoven is a senior tax adviser who is a member of the Investment Management practice group of Loyens & Loeff. He advises fund managers active in the fields of private equity, venture capital and infrastructure on the (international) tax aspects of fund formation, management participations and deal structuring. He further has a special interest in the tax aspects of financing transactions. On behalf of the Dutch IFA branch, he is the author of the IFA Cahier 2019 “Interest Deductibility: Implementation of BEPS Action 4”. Previously, he was seconded to the London office to work on a variety of international transactions.
