Vincent van der Lans is a tax partner with Loyens & Loeff in the International Tax Services America practice group and a core member of the US team and the life sciences & healthcare team. He specialises in international tax matters, particularly for multinationals, financial institutions and investment funds based in North America. His work includes M&A, corporate reorganisations, and assisting businesses in establishing operations in Europe, specifically in the life sciences & healthcare industry. He is a member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA), the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers (NOB) and the AmCham Netherlands Tax Committee.
