About Vincent van der Lans

Vincent van der Lans is a tax partner with Loyens & Loeff in the firm’s international tax services America practice and a core member of the US team and the life sciences and healthcare team. He specialises in international tax matters, particularly for multinationals, financial institutions and investment funds based in North America. His work includes M&A, corporate reorganisations, and assisting businesses in establishing operations in Europe. He is a member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA), the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers (NOB) and the AmCham Netherlands Tax Committee.
