About Vincenzo Vilardi

Vincenzo Vilardi is an attorney-at-law and a member of the Loyens & Loeff Direct Tax Practice Group and of the transfer pricing team in the firm’s Brussels office. Vincenzo advises both multinational and domestic clients on issues pertaining to national and international tax law, as well as transfer pricing. His work encompasses strategic advisory services, documentation, negotiations with tax authorities, and dispute resolution. He has a strong interest in intra-group financing, including setting up and modelling financing structures, loan pricing, cash pool models, and real estate financing.
