About Frédéric Lemoine

Frédéric Lemoine is a partner at Loyens & Loeff, and a member of the corporate and M&A practice group in the firm’s Luxembourg office. He advises major private equity houses on corporate law, holdings’ structuring, corporate governance and corporate finance. He is also a member of the private equity team. Frédéric has extensive experience in corporate law and private equity. For more than 18 years, he has been advising major international private equity firms on the structuring of their domestic and cross-border transactions. He specialises in complex joint venture structuring, working on all corporate matters, including shareholders’ agreements, as well as corporate governance and corporate finance. He also has a focus on real estate M&A transactions.
