About Kévin Emeraux

Kévin Emeraux joined Loyens & Loeff Luxembourg in 2015 and is a senior associate in the tax practice group; he also worked in the firm's New York office for three years (2018–2021). He focuses on cross-border tax matters and international tax planning for private equity clients, specialising in international tax planning relating to reorganisation and M&A, and has particular expertise in tax structuring and transactional work for private equity firms. Kévin is a member of the firmwide Loyens & Loeff Region Team US, and is also a member of the FATCA and CRS practice group.
