About Pierre-Antoine Klethi

Pierre-Antoine Klethi is a senior associate at Loyens & Loeff and a member of the tax and investment management practice groups in our Luxembourg office. He focuses on fund and deal structuring and corporate tax advice, and is also co-head of the Luxembourg tax controversy team. He advises predominantly private equity and private debt fund managers in structuring their funds and investment platforms, as part of Loyens & Loeff Luxembourg’s fully integrated investment management team. He also helps large MNEs navigate an increasingly complex EU and Luxembourg tax environment, and represents taxpayers in pre-litigation discussions with tax authorities and before the courts.
