Takuro Awazu is a partner at City-Yuwa Partners and an attorney-at-law in Japan (active since 1999), New York (inactive) and California (inactive). His main practice areas are international trade laws (such as anti-dumping, export controls and economic sanctions), cross-border M&A and other inbound and outbound transactions between Japan and foreign countries, and the listing of Japanese companies in foreign stock exchanges.
