About Katrina Lindsay

Katrina Lindsay is an experienced corporate and finance lawyer and a key member of Carey Olsen BVI’s growing virtual assets practice. Katrina advises clients engaged in all areas of Web3, fintech and virtual assets, ranging from token issuers, market makers and both centralised and decentralised crypto and crypto derivatives exchanges. She is able to assist with all stages of a company’s life cycle from incorporation, early-stage seed financing, regulatory reviews and applications for regulatory approval. Katrina is also a member of the Virgin Islands Virtual Assets Association, founded to serve as a representative body for those in the financial services industry actively engaged in the virtual assets space.
