About Joaquim Pedro Lampreia

Joaquim Pedro Lampreia joined VdA in 2000. He is a partner in the tax practice, having extensive experience in the taxation of restructuring projects, mergers and acquisitions, collective investment schemes, financial instruments, application of international agreements, implementation and monitoring of transfer pricing projects, taxation of software and information technology-related issues, as well as family wealth structuring and private wealth management. He is especially dedicated to the resolution of tax disputes and tax litigation relating to all taxes, fees and contributions, being the lead adviser in some of the largest tax cases before national tax courts and the Court of Justice of the European Union.
