About Ramón Palacín

Ramón Palacín is managing partner at EY Abogados, having joined the firm in 2006 as head of the International Tax Group. He previously served as a tax inspector and senior advisor on International Tax Matters to the Secretary of State (2001-2002) as well as Head of the Advanced Pricing Agreement Program (2003-2006). Specialising in international taxation and transfer pricing, Ramón advises Spanish and European multinationals across various sectors, aligning business strategy with taxation. He has extensive experience in tax settlements, audits and APAs, including cases before the SEC. Ramón has numerous publications to his name, and has contributed to leading institutions on international tax matters.
