is a partner at Brazilian law firm Pinheiro Neto Advogados. He is in charge of the firm’s mining practice and government relations. Carlos has an LLB from the Law School of the University of Brasília and an LLM from the Centre for Energy, Petroleum, Mineral Law and Policy at the University of Dundee. He is the co-head of the Mining Committee of the SEERIL at the International Bar Association. In his mining practice, he has advised exploration and mining companies and investors on a wide variety of mining-related issues. Carlos has been continually listed as a top mining lawyer.
