Fernando has been involved in prominent transactions recently, such as the IPOs of Carrefour Brasil, PagSeguro, Stone and Intermédica, and in the announced joint venture between Boeing and Embraer. Since July 2017, Fernando has been a member of the Supervisory Council of Analysts at the Association of Analysts and Investment Professionals of the Capital Markets (APIMEC).
