About Rodrigo Vieira

Rodrigo Vieira is a senior associate at Pinheiro Neto Advogados and has been part of the corporate team since 2006. His practice primarily focuses on corporate law, banking and finance, and he is experienced in structured/corporate finance, investment funds and securitisation. His practice also encompasses M&A, joint ventures and project finance. He has advised several private equity funds and other global firms in structured financing and M&A deals. Rodrigo graduated with an LLB degree from the São Paulo Catholic University and holds an LLM degree from the University of Chicago Law School. He worked as an international associate at White & Case LLP.
