About Rodrigo Vieira

Rodrigo Vieira is a senior associate in the corporate team at Pinheiro Neto Advogados. His practice focuses primarily on corporate law and banking and finance, and he is experienced in structured/corporate finance, investment funds and securitisation. His practice also encompasses M&A, joint ventures and project finance. He has advised several private equity funds and other global firms in structured financing and M&A deals. Rodrigo graduated with an LLB degree from the São Paulo Catholic University and holds an LLM from the University of Chicago Law School. He previously worked as an international associate at White & Case LLP.
