About Thiago Braga Junqueira

Thiago Braga Junqueira has been working for 12 years at Pinheiro Neto Advogados in the corporate restructuring and insolvency area, with extensive experience representing debtors, partners and shareholders, creditors and investors in judicial and out-of-court reorganisation and bankruptcy proceedings. Thiago has actively taken part in several prominent cases involving the restructuring of debtors in the construction, telecommunications, media, oil and gas, agribusiness and energy sectors. He holds an LLB degree from the São Paulo Catholic University and an LLM from the University of Chicago Law School.
