About Thiago Braga Junqueira

Thiago Braga Junqueira has been working in the corporate restructuring and insolvency practice at Pinheiro Neto Advogados for 12 years, and has extensive experience in representing debtors, partners and shareholders, creditors and investors in judicial and out-of-court reorganisation and bankruptcy proceedings. He has actively taken part in several prominent cases involving the restructuring of debtors in the construction, telecommunications, media, oil and gas, agribusiness and energy sectors. He holds an LLB degree from the São Paulo Catholic University and an LLM from the University of Chicago Law School.
