Eva Otaegui is a partner at Osborne Clarke Spain, whose team provides day-to-day advice on employment issues to a large number of international clients from the US, Europe and India amongst others, dealing with their Spanish operations and co-operating with local and regional HR managers. She has extensive experience in advising local and international clients on all employment-related aspects of the digitalisation process, data protection, international posting of employees, teleworking, flexible working patterns as well as outsourcing and insourcing operations, incentive schemes, employment audits, and defending companies in all kinds of labour disputes.
