About Jim Margry

Jim Margry is a partner in the employment, pensions and incentives team at Osborne Clarke Netherlands in Amsterdam. He has broad experience in employment law, including advising (multinational) clients on the employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions. Jim has extensive experience with post-takeover restructuring and related employee co-determination procedures. He also advises clients on (collective) dismissals, directors and top tier management, setting up (management) participation schemes, incentives and other forms of remuneration.
