D. P. Naban
is a senior partner at the firm. His key practice areas are: income tax; goods and services tax; sales and services tax; real property gains tax; petroleum income tax; customs duty, excise duty and anti-dumping duty; stamp duty; and private clients. He is a member of the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia (CTIM) and was formerly chairman of the Tax Sub-Committee of the Bar Council, Malaysia. Mr Naban has published a number of professional articles on tax issues and has presented papers and moderated sessions at various international legal conferences, most recently at the LAWASIA Annual Conference, Siem Reap, Cambodia (2018).
