About Ivan A. Sacks

Ivan A. Sacks is a senior partner in the private client and tax division of Withers, qualified and resident in New York. He is a trusted advisor to international and domestic families and family offices. Ivan is the global head of Withers’ families and family office group and a member of the Latin American and Asia-Pacific groups. From 2013 to 2019, he was the global chairperson of Withers, during which period Withers significantly expanded its footprint, capability and profitability. Ivan counsels families and entrepreneurs on the structuring of closely held business interests, family offices and charitable foundations, the design and administration of trusts and estates, and comprehensive risk management, governance and succession planning.
