David W. Drum
is a shareholder of the firm practising in the areas of corporate and securities as well as tax law, with an emphasis on M&A, private equity and venture capital, and general counsel services. In addition to advising clients in connection with general commercial transactions, since 2014 he has served as lead counsel or assisted in more than 30 transactions involving private and public companies in a variety of industries, ranging in size from USD500,000-650 million. He also has experience with premerger notification filings under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act. He holds an LLM in taxation from the University of Florida and is a member of the Alabama Bar Association, the Florida Bar Association and the Georgia Bar Association.
