About W. Todd Carlisle

W. Todd Carlisle is a shareholder in Dentons’ Birmingham office and served as President of Dentons Sirote from 2015 to 2022. He is a member of the corporate practice and leads the Dentons Sirote M&A team. His practice focuses on M&A and general corporate representation, with an emphasis on the financial services and forest products industries. Mr Carlisle represents national property/casualty and life insurance distribution platforms, broker-dealers, regional and national banks, and wealth management firms. Mr Carlisle is also actively engaged in the representation of clients in the forest products, consumer products and manufacturing industries.
