About Jeffrey Zucker

Jeffrey Zucker is of counsel with Fennemore and has 55 years’ experience in advising on mergers and acquisitions and corporate transactions. He regularly plans, structures, negotiates and implements M&A and commercial deals, including multimillion-dollar transactions for privately and publicly held companies. His practice encompasses corporate governance, finance and real estate matters in connection with transactions. Jeffrey was the co-author of a leading treatise on Nevada business law and has experience in advising on Nevada structures. He is a founder and former chair of the Business Law Section of the State Bar of Nevada, and serves on its executive committee.
