About Dan Goldfine

Dan Goldfine is a member in Dickinson Wright PLLC’s Phoenix office. Dan is a business-focused litigator who defends class action and other complex litigation for his clients in courts in more than 40 states, including matters involving antitrust, insurance coverage, Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, consumer fraud and consumer protection laws. His background as a business owner and trial attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice, Antitrust Division, provides him with a unique perspective that he uses to bring creative courtroom solutions to his clients. Before joining the Antitrust Division, he clerked for Gerald W. Heaney , 8th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals.
