About Noel Griemsmann

Noel Griemsmann is a Senior Urban Planner who is certified by the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP). Noel provides complete entitlement and development services for his clients, encompassing the entire development cycle from site evaluation and feasibility to entitlement processing, and through project permitting and final disposition of the resulting asset. With two decades of experience, Noel provides knowledgeable guidance in navigating complex governmental processes, including entitlements, land division, construction permitting and public engagement. Noel is also the former president and a current member of the Arizona Chapter of the American Planning Association (APA Arizona).
