About Ariel (“Ari”) Shaeps

Ariel (“Ari”) Shaeps is a partner in Allen Matkins’ Century City office and leads the firm’s Construction Group. He has advised on over USD18 billion in construction contracts which include iconic developments such as Athletics Stadium on Las Vegas Boulevard and San Francisco’s Salesforce Tower. Ari is deeply involved in every step of the development process, from site acquisition and due diligence to design, construction, asset management and disposition. For over a decade, he has guided owners, developers and contractors through evolving statutory and regulatory changes and is recognised for his leadership in the construction space. Ari was selected as a Chambers Rising Star, reflecting his role in shaping and advancing the firm’s construction practice.
