About Peter J Roth

Peter J Roth , a partner, focuses on strategic planning, negotiation and documentation vis-à-vis acquisition/disposition, the development, leasing and management of office, retail, industrial and mixed-use projects. Peter's extensive experience includes the negotiation and documentation of forward and reverse 1031 exchange transactions, sale-leaseback transactions, build-to-suit lease transactions, commercial and retail lease transactions, bondable leases, development agreements, covenants and other agreements relating to ongoing uses of real property, fair market rent arbitrations, and the development, renovation and management of sports' stadiums and theatres. Peter is a Fellow of the Executive Committee of the Urban Land Institute Los Angeles, a member of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers, a frequent lecturer and moderator of real estate industry panels and served as an Adjunct Professor at Loyola Law School teaching classes on commercial real property transactions.
